My role allows me to interact daily with forward-thinking and innovative advisors/consultants, third-party administrators, and employer groups as they work to build patient-centered self-funded health plans for employees and families. Helping create plans to close gaps in care, improve care coordination, and drive higher quality outcomes more often.

Focused on gaining adoption and acceptance of employees and families thru first-hand education and personal guidance to high quality providers and value-based care.

Bryce Heinbaugh, MBA

In 2017, Bryce joined a national movement of professionals driven to help systemically change the way healthcare coverage is purchased by employers throughout the country. The organization is known as Health Rosetta. Rosetta replicates a set of strategies practiced among the country's largest employers yet perhaps lacking in the middle market space. As an Accel member of Health Rosetta, Bryce helps lead the charge among 200+ accredited advisors around the country with the same mission. Mr. Heinbaugh has been featured in a handful of national publications for his work including Automotive News and Employee Benefit Advisor magazine.

Bryce is a forward-thinking antagonist of the traditional healthcare system where his key objective is helping working middle class employees and families fight back against the healthcare industry’s grip over their lives as the #1 driver of poverty, bankruptcy, wage stagnation, and the opioid crisis. Realizing the easiest way to accomplish this goal is to help shepherd and guide patients through the complex and misaligned healthcare system. Offering a Nurse Navigator to employees and families hyper-focused on the quality of care and the quality of providers could indeed be the strategy of choice as nurses are the #1 trusted professional in America. In 2018, Bryce and his co-founder, Casey Billington, launched Concierge Nurse Navigators, LLC and began embedding this program within every health plan they implement. The impact of the program has been exponentially greater than expected.
